By using Writer Match you fully accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Writer Match is a platform connecting writers with publishers, literary agents, magazines and contests. The service includes searching for editorial opportunities, managing works and applications, and AI analysis tools.
To use Writer Match you must create an account with a valid email. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and all activities carried out with your account.
Writer Match offers free (Guest) and paid (Pro, Elite) plans. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are considered case by case within 14 days of purchase for monthly plans.
By uploading works to the platform, you declare that you hold the copyright. Writer Match does not claim ownership of your works. You grant Writer Match a limited licence to display your content to publishers you choose to share it with.
It is prohibited to: upload offensive, illegal or third-party rights-infringing content; use the platform for spam or fraudulent activities; attempt to access other users' accounts; violate other users' privacy.
Writer Match strives for maximum service availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend the service for maintenance.
Writer Match is not responsible for editorial decisions made by publishers and agents, the quality of AI-presented opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform.
You may cancel your account at any time. Writer Match reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Milan Court.
